The Pilates Gym: Personalised, Physio-Led Pilates Sessions. Move better, feel stronger, and take control of your wellbeing with The Pilates Gym—a highly personalised, physiotherapist-led Pilates experience. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving mobility, or wanting to stay active and keep up with the activities you love, our sessions are designed to support your unique needs and goals. Following a one-on-one assessment, you’ll receive a customised program tailored for your body and needs. Focused on helping you build strength, prevent injuries, and move with confidence. The Pilates Gym approach is perfect for those who enjoy an active lifestyle and want to maintain their strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing for years to come. With a maximum of 4 participants per class, you’ll get the individual attention you need, while enjoying the motivation of a small, supportive group. Using specialised Pilates equipment, you’ll train safely and effectively under expert guidance in a fun and encouraging environment. Ready to move better and feel stronger? Where only 1 person is attending, the class will be cancelled or the session can go ahead at a 1 to 1 rate).

Cancellation Policy
Some things to note before you sign up: - All new clients require an initial 1 to 1 Assessment which is included in the price package. You will not be able to participate without this. This must be booked prior to the course start date. - No refunds on sessions will be given in the event of travel, sickness or no shows as limited numbers are accepted for this course. Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. - When in doubt, please check with your healthcare provider before exercising. - Any form of exercise can increase your risk of injury. Please take care at all times, particularly when using the equipment where there can be an increased risk to yourself or others if care is not taken. - Only exercise at a level appropriate for you. If unsure, please discuss this with the Physiotherapist so they can assist and guide you. - Please make sure you have informed the teacher of any physical concerns (including new issues) before class, as required. We are here to make the most out of each session for you. - If you intend to claim sessions on your private health insurance, invoices can be provided to you on request after each session is complete. Please check your policy. Payments are made up front and you are responsible for claiming your rebate.
