​The generous 12 hour cancellation policy will be strictly adhered to. This is to enable time for your slot to be filled. 

​All late cancels within 12 hours notice or 'No Shows', will be charged a $50 fee (Physio and Private Pilates) OR the full cost of a class missed, to cover the loss for both Physio and Pilates appointments.  

Regular cancellations or time off will mean your preferred time slot cannot be held and you will be offered other appointments available.

If you will be away for more than 3 weeks at a time, we will find you another time slot on your return.

If you want your slot to be held whilst you're away, it is possible for you to pay to keep your preferred time slot whilst you are away.
