Arrival Time - Please arrive on time so your session can begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time, which may affect the effectiveness of your treatment. We kindly ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment.
Payment & Private Health Insurance - Full payment is required at the time of your consultation. No credits are available. If needed, an invoice can be provided to assist with claiming a rebate through your Private Health Insurance. It is your responsibility to confirm with your insurer whether your session is eligible for cover. If a claim is declined, you remain responsible for payment of all services provided.
Cancellation Policy - We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Missed or late-cancelled appointments reduce availability for others and will incur the full session fee. By booking, you agree to this policy. If you attend regularly and expect to be away, please give as much notice as possible.
