1:1 Pilates: Fully Personalised, Physio-Led Sessions: *See 'More Info >Pricing Plans' for how to save on sessions* Experience Pilates in its most effective form. 1 to 1 Pilates sessions are completely tailored to you: Your body, your goals, your needs. Using the full Pilates studio including the Reformer, Cadillac (Trap Table), Wunda Chair, Baby Chair, Spine Corrector, barrels and mat. Every exercise is selected with purpose, helping you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body. These sessions are ideal if you: - Want a truly personalised Pilates experience - Want to improve at your sport or hobbies. - Have pain, injuries, or movement limitations - Prefer a calm, private environment (not a busy gym or large studio) - Value expert guidance from an experienced Physiotherapist and Pilates teacher What to expect... During this session we will: - Discuss your medical history, injuries (if any), and current concerns - Clarify your goals and what you want to get out of Pilates - Assess how you move and how your body responds to exercise - Learn how to safely and confidently use the Pilates equipment - Progress you when ready, so you see results. This personalised approach ensures your sessions are safe, effective, and aligned with your needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all class. Your initial 1:1 session is an essential foundation, regardless of previous Pilates experience. All new clients are required to complete a 1:1 session before joining: - Duet sessions (2 to 1) - The Pilates Gym (semi-private small group, 2-4 people) This allows continuity of care, a clear understanding of your body, and a program you’ll continue to build on in future sessions. Cancellation Policy
- A strict 12 hr cancellation policy will be adhered to for late cancellations (less than 12 hrs notice) or no shows. A $50 cancellation fee applies to sessions. - Wear loose, flexible clothing. No zips, buttons, belts or jeans as this can damage the Pilates apparatus upholstery. - Please arrive no more than 5 mins before your session to allow for preparation for your session. - Clean grip socks can be worn, or clean bare feet for safety. All equipment is wiped down after use. - HICAPS available if relevant.
