An exclusive Pilates session using the Pilates Apparatus in the studio. 1 to 1 sessions are all about you and your body on the day. We will work to achieve the goals you set out in your initial assessment and progress you as soon as you are ready. These sessions are all about you! ​​​​

2 to 1 Duet Pilates
$120 - only $60 per person
Duets are for those who want exclusive attention but want to share their session with a partner / friend / family member. This is just for the two of you! You will work out on the Pilates Apparatus in the private studio, once you have each completed a 1 to 1 session. ​​​​
Pilates Gym

Following your initial assessment, you will be able to take part in semi-private sessions in the Pilates Gym! These sessions are for a maximum of 4 people (minimum of 2), and a great way to get lots of attention but also have fun in a small group.

Note: all attendees are required to have completed a Beginners Course or 1 to 1 sessions prior to attending. ​​​​
Payments & Private Health Insurance

All sessions must be paid for in full, in advance or on the day of the session.

If you have Private Health Insurance and would like to claim your sessions, please check with your provider to understand your coverage for Physiotherapy & Clinical Pilates sessions.

On request, an invoice will be provided once each session is completed for you to make a claim back through your insurer. Claims cannot be made for future appointments.
